Mason Stern is an alumnus of Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting and a Master of Science in accounting.

He began his career with Ernst and Young. For two and a half years, he spent the majority of his time working on complex international and partnership tax compliance issues. As a senior tax accountant, Mason gained a deep understanding of the changing tax landscape, which he brings to his clients at CWA.

“The work at CWA is fulfilling and no two days are the same. Every client has a different set of needs to be addressed, and my goal is to make an impact on each one of them.”

He joined the CWA team in early 2013, and has developed a strong background in specialty practices, as well as general dentistry. Mason became a partner in the firm in 2023. Mason is a Certified Public Accountant and an Investment Advisor Representative.

Mason and his wife Jennifer were married in early 2014, they have one son and a new daughter. He enjoys spending the majority of his time being active and outdoors. He spends his spare time golfing, running or riding bikes with his wife.
