The Annual Meeting offers a unique experience for exhibitors to expand their relationships not only with CWA’s clients but also with its partners and financial planners. As we bring together our community to promote growth, learning and networking, we encourage exhibitors to participate in all educational presentations and social events.

Three (3) sponsorship levels are available: Platinum, Gold, and Bronze, as well as additional add-on opportunities for logo placement and branding.

PHOTO CONSENT, WAIVER AND RELEASE

I represent to Cain Watters & Associates, LLC, their agents, assigns and any related companies* (collectively referred to herein as “CWA”), that I hereby grant my permission, authorization and consent to CWA to take or use photographs, digital images, and/or video/audio recordings of my person or image for all types of electronic and written published media, including advertising, brochures, internet web sites, social media sites, news releases and any other media or communication form used by CWA. I certify that I am 18 years of age or older and of legal age to authorize this agreement. I understand that once my photo or image is published or printed, CWA will be unable to control how any third party may use or adapt my photo or image for their own personal or commercial use. I agree and unconditionally grant my permission to CWA to use my photo or image in their promotional materials, and I further authorize the use of any photo or images depicting my person or image, without compensation to me. I understand that, attendant to my photo, my name may be revealed in descriptive text or commentary. In such circumstance, I grant my permission to reveal my name. I further waive any right to inspect the photos or images prior to publication or distribution.

By checking the box above, I WAIVE, RELEASE, DISCHARGE AND FOREVER HOLD HARMLESS CWA and all persons and entities acting under its permission or authority FROM ANY CLAIM OR CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF MY PHOTO OR IMAGE including claims for invasion of privacy and/or defamation, which I may have by reason of the photo, image, or by signing this consent, waiver or release.

In the unlikely event that a dispute arises from the use of my photo or image as a result of my participation in any CWA activity, it is further agreed that Texas law will govern the interpretation of this agreement and that all parties herein consent to a state court venue located solely in state court in Collin County, Texas
