Through CWAConnect, our employee and community connection program, our team spends countless hours volunteering and working to raise funds to support various organizations that are making a difference in our communities. From locally based programs like the 3to1 Foundation, an organization started by CWA founder Darrell Cain to educate people of all ages about the principles of attaining long- term economic freedom (Further reading: Help Support 3to1 Foundation) , and the Scottish Rite Children’s Hospital, to national efforts like Toys for Tots, we work to ensure that CWA values are reflected in everything we do.
In 2014, our staff raised and donated more than $3000 to Scottish Rite through raffle ticket sales and Jeans Day donations. We also took to the streets of Dallas, with a total of six CWA teams represented at the annual MetroPCS Dallas Marathon.
We pride ourselves in being a family of givers. And let’s just say we’re pretty good at making giving back a pretty fun deal.
