Frisco, Texas – Cain Watters & Associates (CWA), a leading financial advisory firm, is pleased to announce the successful acquisition of CFO Ortho, a respected dental accounting firm in Salt Lake City, Utah. This strategic move marks CWA’s first acquisition and a defining moment in its 40-year commitment to helping business owners meet their short- and long-term financial goals.
The acquisition of CFO Ortho is expected to expand the level of accounting services offered to CWA’s current clients and the dental community by leveraging software that will offer new insight and visibility into clients’ books. With the combined dental industry experience of CWA and CFO Ortho, clients can expect a partner that offers both efficiency and insight into their practice’s financials.
This partnership will allow CWA to expand its financial planning, tax and accounting services and extend right-sized support to clients to meet their needs. The dental landscape is changing, and we are committed to meeting our client’s needs, both where they are today and where they want to be tomorrow.
“We are excited about the possibilities that this acquisition brings to both CWA and CFO Ortho,” said CWA Managing Partner Dan Wicker. “We’ve been able to spend the first few months getting to know each other on a deeper level and have already gained insight and efficiencies from one another. We look forward to expanding CWA financial advisory services to CFO Ortho clients and will continue to grow our businesses together.”
CWA is committed to ensuring a seamless transition for CFO Ortho’s associates and current clients. We are excited to welcome both into the CWA community and will continue to deliver uninterrupted service and support during this transition.
