With just a few weeks until we converge on Laguna Niguel for CWA’s 25th Annual Meeting, the 3to1 Foundation’s evening of sailing the Pacific is only a prelude to the new places it intends to go in 2016.
The organization, founded in 1997 by Darrell Cain, breathed new life into its mission last year with the appointment of Director Michele Mulholland. Under the leadership of the Board and Mulholland, and with the support of Cain Watters and Associates, 3to1 Foundation is extending its reach into local communities. In 2016, the organization’s mission to educate people about the financial principles of wealth accumulation will touch high school students in the Dallas area. Mulholland’s bridge-building efforts over the course of the last year has led to a partnership with Townview Business Magnet High School in the Dallas Independent School District that includes seminars and training in the basic principles of financial planning and career-related topics.
“This is an exciting time to be a part of the work that 3to1 Foundation set out to do,” said Mulholland. “The goal of our work is to teach. We have a unique opportunity to equip young people from an early age with the principles to secure a future of financial freedom. The lasting impact we can have on individuals and whole communities is exciting work for all of us.”
Annual meeting attendees are invited to set sail on the Pacific with the 3to1 Foundation Board, Director Michele Mulholland, CWA Partners and guests to learn about the revitalized vision and impact of 3to1 and help raise funds to support this important work.
