Ed joined CWA in December 2004. A graduate of the Business Honors Program at the University of Texas at Austin, he is as a Certified Public Accountant and Investment Advisor Representative. His accounting career began at Arthur Andersen in Dallas, where he provided tax services to limited partnership syndicators, small companies and high net worth individuals involved in oil and gas exploration and production.

Ed then joined a tax technology company were he lead systems development, market development and sales in new corporate market products and services. Ed came back to public accounting in 1999 to Ernst and Young, where he served the special needs of Emerging Growth Market clients as a trusted business advisor.

Ed has two children, Kevin and Kalyn. He enjoys traveling in the U.S., the Caribbean and Central America. He is close to finishing a bucket list item – visiting all 50 states.
