Rhonda Davenport

Rhonda received her Bachelor of Science in interdisciplinary studies with an emphasis on human resources development from Texas A&M University. Prior to joining CWA, she served in a number of HR leadership positions, including both functional and business partner roles supporting businesses across the commercial and financial industries.
Rhonda is the leader of CWA’s Human Resources department, focusing on internal items that enhance the workplace experience.

She and her husband spend their free time outdoors with their coonhound, Gracie and jack russell, Addie. Rhonda also enjoys CrossFit and being active with her church.
