Toni graduated from Rockhurst University in Kansas City, Missouri, in 1991 with a Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Arts in business management.

In 1993, her accounting career began at KPMG while she simultaneously took night courses.  She graduated from Rockhurst University in 1996 with a Bachelor of Science in accounting.

Toni joined Cain Watters and Associates in 1996 and worked directly with Darrell Cain and his clients for many years. Today, she continues to provide financial consulting services to his original clients.

She became a partner in the firm in 2008. In addition, Toni acts as the partner in charge of the firms’ practice transition services. She shares her experience with the financial planning team to help mentor them in their client’s practice transition.

Toni is a Certified Public Accountant, a Personal Financial Specialist, a Certified Valuation Analyst and an Investment Advisor Representative.  Additionally, she holds membership in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Texas Society of CPAs and the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts.

Toni and her husband, Danny, have three sons.  In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and especially loves to be on the water at the lake or the beach.
